I was struck by the key point in this verse: that we can be sons of God. No matter my shortcomings, no matter my repetitive sins, because of Christ's sacrifice, God looks at our meager attempts and says, "Well done, good and faithful servant." Even more blessed, He calls us His children. I need to always remember that....
